Dr. Amanda P. Hendricks is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She received a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, where she also completed a pediatric residency and pediatric internship. She practices at SouthCoast Health’s Pediatrics in Rincon where she was recognized as the Best Pediatrician in Effingham County by Effingham Now in 2014.

Dr. Hendricks’ love of learning and helping people improve their overall health led her to pursue a career in medicine. Getting to know the families in her community and watching their children grow up, she says, is the most rewarding part of being a pediatrician.
When she’s not caring for her patients, Dr. Hendricks enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running, cooking, and traveling.
